
Whether you’re entertaining or snacking for yourself, veggies are always a great go-to to fill up without ruining your appetite. This platter is easy to put together and provides plenty of protein.
The Recipe
For the individual platter
- 1/3 red bell pepper
- 1/3 yellow bell pepper
- 1/3 orange bell pepper
- 1/3 english cucumber
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 hardboiled egg
- 2 carrots
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 2 tbsp tzatziki
- Sprinkle of paprika
Cut and arrange the veggies on the platter. If you want warm hummus, put the hummus in the bowl first, then heat for 15 seconds in the microwave. Add the tzatziki and enjoy!
