
Blueberry-mango is one of my favorite smoothie combinations. This yoghurt bowl is a deconstructed version of the delicious drink. It’s also quick to put together and highly portable.
The Recipe
For the Bowl:
- 1/2 cup Fage 0% Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
Why It’s Good:
- Greek yoghurt is a great source of lean protein that will help to keep you feeling full all day
- Hemp seeds are a good source of protein and also a source of both omega-3s and omega-6s
- Bananas are a good source of potassium which can help prevent muscle cramping
Scoop the yoghurt and top with the toppings. If you are craving a drink, just take the ingredients and blend them together. Voila! The deconstructed smoothie has been reconstructed.
