The Recipe
To Blend:
- 3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 tbsp whole mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Fage 0% Greek Yoghurt or 1 scoop protein powder of choice
To Top:
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
Blend the blendables and top with toppings. This recipe combines the dark sweetness of blueberry with the refreshing pop of mint. A classic for a warm summer Saturday.
