Blueberry Mint Smoothie

Feeling blue? We are too!

The Recipe

To Blend:

  • 3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tbsp whole mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Fage 0% Greek Yoghurt or 1 scoop protein powder of choice

To Top:

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish

Blend the blendables and top with toppings. This recipe combines the dark sweetness of blueberry with the refreshing pop of mint. A classic for a warm summer Saturday.
