Smoothie Saturday: Blueberry Mango Chia

Blueberry Mango Smoothie Topped with Chia Seeds

Looking for something dark but sweet, then this is the smoothie for you today!

The Recipe

To Blend:

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Mango (frozen) or the Rest of the Mango (fresh)
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 serving of Your Favorite Protein Powder

To Top:

  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • Sliced Fresh Mango

Blend the blendables and top with the toppings. If you don’t have fresh mango, I recommend substituting 1/4 cup fresh blueberries.
