
Looking for something dark but sweet, then this is the smoothie for you today!
The Recipe
To Blend:
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Mango (frozen) or the Rest of the Mango (fresh)
- 1/3 cup Coconut Water
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 serving of Your Favorite Protein Powder
To Top:
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- Sliced Fresh Mango
Blend the blendables and top with the toppings. If you don’t have fresh mango, I recommend substituting 1/4 cup fresh blueberries.
