I’m a big fan of the Peloton platform, but until recently I hadn’t strayed from the cycling and running classes. Since then, I’ve found the 20 min HIIT Cardio classes to be equal parts challenging and fun. Don’t let the length fool you; these classes pack a punch (usually literally).

Jess Sims has emerged as my favorite instructor of the group. Also a former DI athlete (basketball), she brings a great energy and team-first focus to her workouts. Sometimes you even get to meet her dog in the live from home sessions! In my opinion, she also does the best job constructing balanced, full body workouts.
